Terms and Conditions of the Thriving Beauty Business Club

Welcome to the Thriving Beauty Business Club (TBBC). By joining TBBC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which outline the rights and responsibilities of both the Club and its members. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Structure

1.1. The Thriving Beauty Business Club offers two membership tiers:

• Growth Level: £67 per month
• CEO Level: £137 per month

1.2. Membership is charged on a monthly basis and renews automatically unless cancelled before the next payment due date.

1.3. The membership is hosted on MemberVault and includes access to a WhatsApp group.

2. Fees and Payment

2.1. Membership fees are due monthly on the same calendar day as your initial payment.

2.2. Payments are processed via Stripe.  .

2.3. The price at which you join the membership is locked in and will not increase for your membership duration, even if prices for new members are adjusted.

2.4. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of membership access.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Members can cancel their membership at any time prior to the next payment due date.

3.2. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of a billing cycle.

3.3. To cancel, members must notify TBBC via email (thrivingbusinessclub@gmail.com).

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1. All content, materials, and resources provided within the Thriving Beauty Business Club are the exclusive property of TBBC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4.2. Members may not share, reproduce, or use any TBBC content outside the membership without prior written permission.

4.3. Any unauthorised use of TBBC content will result in termination of membership and legal action.

5. Conduct and Community Standards

5.1. Members are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive environment within the community.

5.2. Harassment, spamming, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the membership without a refund.

5.3. Participation in WhatsApp and other community spaces is at your discretion but subject to these conduct standards.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Member information is collected solely for the purpose of administering the membership.

6.2. Your data will not be shared with any third parties.

6.3. TBBC complies with UK data protection regulations.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1. TBBC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary.

7.2. Members will be notified of any changes via email at least 30 days prior to their implementation.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

8.1. TBBC provides tools, guidance, and resources to support your business growth but cannot guarantee specific results.

8.2. TBBC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of membership materials or advice.

8.3. Access to MemberVault and WhatsApp is subject to third-party platform availability. TBBC will not be held responsible for any technical interruptions.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
